Churros and chocolate
Thin and thick churros, plain or dipped in chocolate, white chocolate or pistachio. For the hot chocolate, the milk boils for sixty-five minutes before it takes three cocoas: Brescó, Torras and Plata.
Filled churros
The thick churro, filled with Kinder Bueno, chocolate hazelnut, dulce de leche, Lotus, Lemon Pie or pistachio, and also dipped in chocolate.
Savoury
Hand-made crisps, croquettes, salt cod fritters, pork rinds and the churro-frankfurter, for when you’re not in the mood for sweet.
On Còrsega since the fifties
It began as a churro stand outside the Trébol dance hall, on the corner of Pau Claris. Around 1950, Joan Balcells and his wife Cecília brought it to this shop, and they lived in the back room.
Churros delivered
Churros, filled churros and chocolate delivered by Glovo and Uber Eats, and packs of 25 and 50 churros with one or two litres of chocolate to share.
